orr street studios in the north village arts district
a unique space to host your next event
This redesigned industrial space features doors designed by Chris Teeter and art by national and regional artists to provide a unique venue for your wedding or for birthday, graduation, and retirement parties or a variety of other events such as benefits, workshops, or book launches.
You can use your preferred caterer at our facility which rents for $100 an hour. Discounts are available for events lasting over 6 hours and for non-profits.
Gallery capacity is 200; the building is barrier-free in compliance with ADA standards.

artist studio rentals
Orr Street Studios consists of twenty-one studios ranging in size from 135 to 470 square feet. Studios may be shared. Currently there are two empty studios available for rent:
- $210 per month (144 square feet)
- $260 per month (175 square feet)
